Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 August 2026

This policy explains what information wrenz.ai collects when you use our website and service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

1. Who we are

wrenz.ai (“wrenz.ai”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI social media management service that drafts, schedules, and publishes social content on behalf of businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise any of the rights described below, contact us at hello@wrenz.ai.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your email address, and the name of the workspace or business you manage. Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider; we do not store your password.
  • Enquiry information — if you request a demo or sign up through a form on our site, we store the name, email address, business name, website, phone number, number of locations, and any message you provide, together with which page you came from, so we can respond.
  • Business and brand information — your website address and the publicly available content of your website, which we read in order to learn your brand voice, services, and audience.
  • Content you create or upload — post copy, images, videos, scheduling preferences, and approval decisions.
  • Connected account information — when you connect a social media account, we store the tokens and account identifiers needed to publish on your behalf, plus the account name and performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower counts) returned by that platform.
  • Usage and activity records — an audit log of significant actions taken in your workspace, and technical logs generated when the service runs.

3. How we use it

We use the information above only to operate and improve the service. Specifically:

  • To provide the service — generating drafts, scheduling posts, publishing to your connected accounts, and reporting performance back to you.
  • To read your website and build a brand profile, which you can review and edit.
  • To communicate with you — service notices, failure alerts, and replies to enquiries you send us.
  • To secure the service, investigate abuse, and diagnose failures.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train our own AI models.

4. Service providers we share data with

We rely on the following providers to run the service. Each receives only the data needed for its function, and each is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments.

  • Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
  • Inngest — background job processing (scheduling, publishing, analytics sync).
  • Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google — AI providers used to generate post copy, images, and video from your brand profile and prompts.
  • Firecrawl — reads the public content of your website during setup.
  • bundle.social — connects to and publishes on your social media accounts.
  • Pexels — supplies licensed stock photography when you choose it.
  • Resend — sends transactional and failure-alert email.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. We do not store full card numbers; your card details are handled by Stripe.
  • Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics — measure website traffic and usage so we can improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies; Vercel Analytics does not.
  • We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.

5. Your social media accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorise us to publish content to it on your behalf. We access only what is needed to publish and to report performance. We never post without content having been created in your workspace, and nothing publishes until it is approved according to your workspace settings.

You can disconnect any account at any time from your workspace settings, or revoke our access directly from the social platform. Disconnecting stops future publishing to that account; it does not delete posts already published.

6. Retention

We keep your account and content data for as long as your workspace is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so the account can be restored and so we can meet legal and accounting obligations. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of business correspondence.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@wrenz.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

You can also unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the message. We will still send essential service notices, such as an alert that a scheduled post failed.

8. Security

We protect data in transit and at rest, restrict access to those who need it, isolate each customer workspace so that one customer cannot access another's data, and store credentials and API keys as secrets rather than in our codebase. Uploaded images are held in private storage and served through short-lived links.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. International transfers

We and our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will revise the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect.

12. Contact
